DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION
- We will dispatch your order the next day if placed by 6pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend, or holiday, will be dispatched the next working day.
- A ‘working day’ includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected by our shipping agents on the next working day. The Delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 1-2 working days
- International: 7 working days
- We only accept orders for items that are shown as ‘IN STOCK” provided payment has been accepted, billing and delivery address has been verified.
RETURNS
UNITED KINGDOM
- All aimas items purchased in the UK can be returned to us for free, unused, with tags attached no longer than 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
- We are able to exchange an item for the same value or higher. Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back to ensure the item is available. Contact us at info@aimas.com.ng; if stocks are low, we will then reserve the item for you.

- We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received a notification from us. If you do choose to use an untracked service your order cannot be tracked, and we cannot be held responsible for your lost order, therefore, we will be unable to process your return.
